在孩子的成长星河中，内在的引擎，就像一簇簇微小却有力的星火。每一次被点亮，都在悄悄积蓄着突破与成长的力量。当这种力量，被父母的倾听与信任温柔守护，终有一天，会照亮孩子独一无二的人生轨迹。

In the vast galaxy of a child’s growth,the inner engine is like small, powerful sparks.Each time it is ignited,it quietly accumulates the strength for breakthroughs and growth.When this strength is gently nurtured by a parent’s listening and trust,it will one day illuminate the unique path of a child’s life.

理解孩子、读懂孩子、支持孩子成长。2025年11月20日，我园特邀黄树标老师走进新世纪实验幼儿园，开展“内在引擎：为孩子的成长持续赋能”家长专题讲座，与家长们面对面分享科学、温暖的亲子教育理念和实用方法。

Understand children, read children’s minds, and support their growth. On November 20, 2025, our kindergarten specially invited Teacher Huang Shubiao to come to New Century Experimental Kindergarten and hold a parent-themed lecture titled "Inner Engine: Continuously Empower Children’s Growth", sharing scientific and warm parent-child education concepts and practical methods with parents face to face.

Parent Seminar Highlights

从“知道”到“做到”：

赋能，始于真正的理解

黄老师通过简短的“一分钟压力体验”，让家长亲身感受“被催促、被打断、被否定”时的紧张与不适，进而引申理解孩子在类似情境下的情绪反应。

Through a short "one-minute stress experience", Teacher Huang let parents personally feel the tension and discomfort when "being urged, interrupted and denied", and then extended to help them understand children’s emotional reactions in similar situations.

接着，再用“情绪冰山”的形象比喻帮助家长看见：

· 表面上的哭闹、顶嘴、拖拉，只是“冰山露出水面”的一角；

· 水面之下，往往藏着孩子想被理解、想被看见、不安或害怕等真实需要。

Using the metaphor of an “Emotional Iceberg,” Mr. Huang explained:

· Outbursts like crying, talking back, or procrastination are just the visible tip of the iceberg.

· Beneath the surface often lie deeper needs such as the desire to be understood, seen, or reassured.

从“知道”到“做到”

家长们纷纷表示，回去会试着少一些指责，多一些理解和倾听，让教育真正从“看见孩子”开始。

Parents expressed their intent to practice less blame and more understanding and listening at home, realizing that true education begins with “seeing the child.”

悄悄蓄满的亲子“能量杯”

黄老师提出了“能量杯”的概念——父母要用鼓励、陪伴、理解、赞美为自己和孩子“加能量”。

当孩子的“能量杯”被装满，孩子的内在引擎就有力量应对成长路上的困难和挑战。

Mr. Huang introduced the concept of the “Energy Cup”—parents must fill their own and their children’s cups with encouragement, companionship, understanding, and praise.When a child’s “Energy Cup” is full, their inner engine gains the strength to face challenges and difficulties on their path to growth.

家园共育的期许

The Expectations of Home-School Cooperation

讲座结束后，陈紫英园长带出家园共育的期许：人的内在力量，源于心理认知，行为实践与外部的多元交互。愿家园同心，赋能孩子内在引擎，托举孩子更远的未来。

After the lecture, Principal Celine put forward the expectation of home-kindergarten co-education: A person’s inner strength comes from the multiple interactions between psychological cognition, behavioral practice and the outside world. May the home and kindergarten work together to empower children’s inner engine and support them to go further in the future.
