▌Provincial procuratorate holds ceremony to pledge allegiance to Constitution

省检察院举行宪法宣誓仪式

▌The People’s Procuratorate of Guangdong Province held a ceremony for its staff members to pledge allegiance to the Constitution On December 4, 2024, which marks the 11^th National Constitution Day. Feng Jian, Secretary of Party Leadership Group and Chief Prosecutor of the provincial procuratorate, oversaw the ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. 

2024年12月4日是第十一个国家宪法日，省检察院隆重举行宪法宣誓仪式。省检察院党组书记、检察长冯键监誓并讲话。

▌Feng Jian emphasized that procuratorial organs and personnel across the province must deeply understand the responsibilities bestowed by the Constitution and laws. He called for the comprehensive implementation of the guiding principles of the 20^th National Party Congress and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20^th Central Committee. With the goal of positioning Guangdong’s procuratorial work at the forefront nationwide, prosecutors must adhere to serving the overall situation, administering justice for the people and demonstrating commitment to the rule of law. He urged every prosecutor to transform their words into concrete actions and results, thereby making greater contributions to Guangdong’s efforts to take the lead in advancing Chinese modernization.

冯键要求，全省检察机关和全体检察人员要深刻把握宪法法律赋予的职责使命，全面贯彻党的二十大和二十届二中、三中全会精神，紧紧锚定“走在全国前列”目标定位，进一步做实为大局服务、为人民司法、为法治担当，切实把誓言转化为实干与实绩，为广东在推进中国式现代化建设中走在前列作出新的更大贡献。
